Pipeline Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following policy regarding the handling of personal information. The definitions of terms used in this document are based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Information Protection Act") and related laws and regulations. If a separate privacy policy is published for individual services provided by the Company, the separately established privacy policy shall apply to those services.
1. Compliance with related laws, guidelines, etc.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, guidelines, etc. stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Commission, and this privacy policy, and handle personal information lawfully and appropriately.

We will acquire personal information by lawful and proper means.
3. Purpose of using personal information
- We handle personal information obtained by our company within the scope of the following purposes of use or within the scope of the purpose of use that is clear from the acquisition status, and will not use it for any other purpose except when there is consent from the individual or when permitted by law.

We may outsource the handling of personal data to partner companies to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in the preceding paragraph. However, the personal data to be outsourced is limited to the minimum information necessary to carry out the outsourced work.
5. Provision of personal data to third parties
We collect personal data from third parties (excluding contractors), except when there is prior consent from the person concerned with respect to the personal data we acquire or when permitted by law. We will not provide it to you.

We will keep the personal data we acquire accurate and up to date to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and will endeavor to delete the personal data when it is no longer necessary to use it.

When we outsource the handling of personal data acquired by our company, we select partner companies that have taken appropriate safety management measures as outsourcers and carry out necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourcer.

- In the case of a request in paragraph 4 above, please fill out the invoice specified by us and send it along with the documents described in the invoice to our office described in 8 below. 9. About the use of cookies
